You could improve by letting more than just straight cis couples have wedding receptions at your reception hall.

My husband and I are so thankful we chose 910 Ballroom as our venue for our wedding and reception! Gina did everything in her power to help us get everything exactly the way we wanted it for our special day, and it's was very afforadable compared to other venue options in the area! We loved everything about our wedding and We would choose them again for any major event!
