910 Ballroom is absolutely beautiful and so convenient to anyone wanting to have a wedding within Springfield....
So far, not very impressed. We booked 2 yrs in advance for a September wedding, because they told my daughter it fills up fast and you have to book it NOW. We told 910 over a month ago that plans had changed. That's 6 months notice!!! They do not say anywhere that deposits are not refundable and dates aren't transferable, we didn't even sign a contract and they won't return any part of our money. We will have to sue. Buyer beware.
Our daughter was married on April 4th at the Executive Conference Center. It was beautiful! Bruce and his staff were easy to work with and available and willing to help make our special day a success.
Love the Executive Conference Center. Very easy to work with and a very nice facility. The National Aesthetic Spa Network has had several events here, and we expect to have even more in the years to come.
We had our wedding here 10-18-14. We booked back the year before and Bruce is amazing. Every thing he said they would do they did. No clean up after and no hidden fees. They even let us use their drink containers. Everyone had a wonderful time. Wouldn't have had it anywhere else!
