I spoke to a gentleman at 910 Ballroom and asked “We are a Christian same gender couple. Will this be a problem?” I was told yes and was thanked for my honesty as they are owned by a local church. Click. Why does this upset me? Because as a lgbtq person I have to tip toe around to uncover policies on whether I’m an accepted person or not to a business.
