How I wish I wouldve read this before buying a car here in June 2020. Issue with service engine soon light 2 days after the purchase. Dealership said they fixed but weeks later back on. Then car stops running due to contaminated gas in it! Dealership blames me. Had to drive to dealership to get to actually speak with someone, cause no return phone calls! This dealership is not honorable! I was sold a car that had major problems. It's been in the shop at least 12 times already, and I haven't had it a year, now it has Tran fluids leaks They are refusing to fix

Miss H******* purchased her vehicle in June of 2019. After purchase there were a few issues with the vehicle and we covered the cost of a rental vehicle for an extended period of time, properly fixed the vehicle and paid Miss H*******'s car note and insurance payment for her inconvenience. All issues seemed to be resolved. On 2/13/2020 Miss H******* brought the vehicle for the Traction Control light on the vehicle and this too was easily resolved. Worst experience EVER. I bought a car from them in February 2020. I feel like a fool first of all because the finance department screwed me and I let him (McWeen E****). I'm a woman and i went by myself. I was supposed to receive my service warrantee through email within 45 days of my purchase and I still don't have it after repeated calls to this place, It's May 5, 2020.
