My husband and I contacted the dealership to make sure the vehicle we were interested in purchasing was still on the lot, particularly given we were more than 1.5 hours away. I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this FRAUD place they are such scammers I was told oh yea we have a credit forgiveness program and it will pay ur. I am filing this complaint due to ongoing issues and poor service at Exclusive Motors. I initially brought my vehicle in on April 28, 2025, for service. When I returned today, May 1, to pick up my vehicle, there was an unexpected delay in retrieving it. After finally receiving the car, the service provider instructed me to take it for a test drive. My car was totaled in oct 2024.ive been calling and sending emails to the dealership management since November ,to never get a call back or email response. I have gap insurance on the vehicle,so I don’t know why it’s so hard to get some simple information about the coverages I had on the vehicle.the customer service is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with a company. These ppl sold me a car that was ****** up and they knew it. The angel was ****** up. The transmission was ****** up and they knew.y mom and I purchased this car on the 15th of December 2024. They have yet to fix the problem. Service department won’t even answer calls from my number I literally have to call on a different phone every time to get through. Such a waste of time. I was contacted by someone through ******** whom told me about their credit forgiveness program and how there wouldn’t be any problem getting a car regardless of credit. Was told that they do down-payment assistance up to $7500. Talked to numerous people over the next couple of days before I went in. Drove an hour to get there just for them not to honor there promotions. Once I get there and put in an application, I’m told that my credit isn’t strong enough to do the “credit forgiveness” program. The worse experience ever!! I communicated via text and phone with salesperson who was helpful but did not disclose bottom line costs. I asked him why the price he was giving me was higher than what was on ******** and he said he would match the price.
