Dealer was upfront with vehicle's issues, which was great...but I didn't purchase the vehicle.
Unfortunately we did not buy from the dealer but would definitely shop there again.
I called them 3 times but every time they said the car was out and the owner is driving it. Than I made an appointment and went to test drive the car and the car was not there. The owner was driving it. This is in no way a professional behavior. Also they lied on the ad, when I went there they told me that the check engine light was on and even the Lexus technician could not fix it. They should put this in the ad of should have told you atleast when you call before taking a trip down there.

I would recomend this dealership. They made us come in on a Saturday banks were close that day and Monday was a Holliday we called them first so they made us come in anyways they said they'll get us settle so we got the credit filled up then we had to wait till Tuesday they said the bank was gonna contact us. Salesman was very helpful over the phone . No pictures were available at the time of my call. Salesperson quickly had them on line. I had moved on to another dealer. I would look at their vehicles again. So the reason of a half star rating.
