I drove 7 hours one way to purchase our vehicle from Exclusive. They were straight up on the description of the car and made the transaction a breeze. I would do business with them again!
Responded quickly, but question not answered. There was indication of accessories added in Carfax,and wanted to know what that was before considering long drive to Greenville.
Very disappointing experience. Test drove a van that seemed like it was running great and decided to purchase it a week later. My husband and I applied for a loan and filled out the paperwork at this dealership to purchase the van. As we were getting ready to leave the lot WE COULD NOT EVEN GET THE VAN TO START! The dealers' mechanic to look at it and said it had a bad alternator & they would replace it for us. Infuriated my husband refused and got our check back.
