Great service, very professional, the realtor is very helpful and always there when you need him.
We worked with Kent on a purchase, we wont be doing that twice. Very much absent from process. Mislead us on repairs and just not very much present even though we were very generous in letting him represent us as the buyers. We have purchased homes before, usually with a real estate agent of our own. This time I felt like letting the listing agent have the sale as well.
