I was able to set up the storage unit online at 6 am. I received several text messages letting me know the payment was received, directions to sign the lease agreement and provided the access code and unit number. Even with all the details provided in the texts I had additional questions. I called at 4:58 pm, not expecting anyone to answer so late in the day. Great place to store anything you need , always send out reminder of your bill, great place, staff is excellent
I am very pleased with the unit I rented and the service provided by the staff at Excess Storage. The units are clean and convenient for me to use. I would recommend the storage center to anyone.
I have used this storage for 8 years, and I've never had trouble. If I have needed to reach someone, I haven't had any trouble reaching someone in the office or getting a quick response by email. I feel like my belongings are well taken care of.
I’ve never had problems with this company. Affordable, reliable and great service. Who could ask for more?
