Well, I just wanna say this place is awesome OK!! James❤️ was so helpful. He personally reached to notify me of my belonging still being at the facility and he worked with me and made sure I was able to get my things out of storage even though they technically were to be disposed of.He actually cares about his customers! Great place to leave your stuff . I recommend it 1000%. If I could give more than 5 stars for JAMES I would! Great person to have on your staff!!!!
The team is available all the time and handle issues even over the phone whenever I mention them. Agents are enthusiastic and friendly listeners, caring, understanding. I wish they kept up their great job.
