I am also one of those millions of people who hate going the dentist. Dr. Eye's staff has, however, always tried to make my experience as pleasant as possible. From the receptionist, to the hygienists to Dr. Rob himself., I always feel welcomed and valued as a patient. My wife and I are both elderly patients of Dr. Eye's. He is so efficient in handling our dental problems we could not be any happier. His office is so well coordinated in keeping appointment times. Label us extremely satisfied. My wife has always been fearful of dental work due to many bad expriences when a child and young adult. Dr. Eye and his son have a way and manner that has taken away the dread she used to have prior to a dental appoinment. Dr. Eye is a real gem.
I was running late to my appointment so I called ahead to let them know. They were completely understanding and assured me I could keep my appointment and they would work me in. I got there and was still seen right away. All of the staff and dentists are so very friendly and accomodating!
10 years I had not seen no dentist, but todays experience was awesome!!! I was feeling nervous and scared, but they were nice enough to take me step by step through the procedure. Made me feel comfortable and honestly I recomment this place to everyone!!! Good job keep up the good work!! .
Dr. Eye II, as well as Dr. Eye and the entire staff are wonderful!! I am always kept up to date on the progress and care of my children's teeth. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks to you and your staff for taking such good care of my children!!
The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The dentist office itself gives off a homely and clean feeling that is synonymous to their work. The doctor is very quick with his procedures but is also reliable. Finally, the office also tends to take people earlier than their appointment time actually is, instead of you waiting in the lobby for an extra long time period.
Quality doctors, helpful staff and a wonderful practice. Everyone makes you feel like a friend. I cannot remember any other doctors office besides this one that I enjoy coming to. The staff is kind and rembers my name at every visit. Dr. Eye is a gentle dentist who always asks me how I am doing with every treatment he does. I am grateful to be a patient of this practice and recomend it.
I was hoping to been seen by my old dentist, but he was not available so I booked an appoinment with Dr, Eye. From the first call the staff was friendly and accomodating since I am in and out of town for my job. Dr. Eye was very professional and made eye contact to let me know he was listening. He did rush me out of his chair but waited from to finish with what I had to say. He seems like a nice guy and I definately will be back. I felt safe and calm in this office.
My fourth time here at this office and have been very happy with all their services. They participate with my insurance and let me know up front what insurance covers before begining care. The staff is friendly, engaging and does a great job of getting my teeth clean. Jenny upfront has been very helpful and on the ball when I call to make appointments. Nice facility too.
