This is a great place, soothing atmosphere, kind staff and a expert dentist. Dr. Eye is awesome and I say that because my 8 year old daughter told me that last week after her visit. Exceptional Smiles makes it so easy for you to make an appointment either by phone or online, they always greet you by name. They take our insurance and educate us on what it covers always telling us what we are going to pay before treatment. This practice is worth the money and from what I have heard it is the best in Harrisonburg.
So happy I found a dentist for my daugher after moving here. I came to Dr. Eye as a second opinion. The place was really nice, clean and very kid friendly. The front desk ladies were really nice and so where the dental assistants. Dr. Eye was so great with my 6 year old. He was nice and made her feel very comfortable. They even allowed me to be back in the room. So happy I found this place!
I was referred here a few years ago after a bad experience from another dentist. Dr. Eye's office is very nice, clean and efficient. I never wait long to be seen and the experience happens at the right speed so I am not bored. I have never had any problems or pain with any treatment. I highly recommend them!
I come to Exceptional Smiles because all my friends do. They are easy to find since I am a college student without a car. They take the dental insurance my parents got for me. I am happy with care and especially happy with the experience. I feel happy about going to the dentist now and would not go anywhere else not even to my old dentist in New Jersey.
Best practice I have found. I return because the staff is so kind. Dr. Eye is pleasant and never forgets that I like basketball.
