Phyllis informed me that the office could not give me a price to bond two front teeth. I would have to make an appointment to come in and be seen, at which point I would be charged for that appointment. So it appears to me that this office is only interested in making money, seems to have no quality customer service . Shame shame

When, we receive a call from a potential patient, we always accommodate their concerns or requests. In asking fees, for a unspecific procedure it is difficult to diagnose a condition over the phone and to judge the difficulty level and/or materials that would require to restore your front two teeth. My team even offered you a call back from myself at no charge as a courtesy. Time is of highest value and we want to respect ours and yours as well. We are interested in proper care. Dr. Thomas Doan
When I lived in FL, I had the pleasure of being one of Dr. Cole's patients. She has a personality that can light up the room! She is very knowledgeable and realistic and I wish I could find a doctor like her in Texas. I highly recommend Dr. Cole!!
I have gone to my family dentist in Chicago for 20 years. When I moved to Florida two years ago, I still made trips back up to Chicago to see my dentist. However, I worked up the courage to make the switch to The Smile Centre. I was very nervous, but the staff and doctors made this an easier transition. I felt very comforted by the whole team. The use of technology and the education I received while in the chair helped me understand the importance of the treatment I needed.
Dr Cole and staff were very welcoming and friendly. She was able to identify my dental needs and able to explain them to me in a way I could understand. I have finally found my dental home.
I was seen by Dr Cole recently and not only was she professional and friendly, she took time to really explain things to me so that I could understand. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Can you believe it? I'm actually looking forward to my next dental visit!
I brought my children in as new patients, and Dr. Cole was so patient with them! She talked to them about their hobbies and interests. She was very thorough with her exam and spent the time needed to fully explain everything we needed to know. I highly recommend Dr. Cole and The Smile Centre!
Rip off! Some of the staff and employees have been there for years, they are great but the practice a a whole has changed! It is not the Same Exceptional Dentistry that Cail built! I was going to be charged almost double and was not informed of this until less than 24 hours before the appointment I had set weeks ago and taken the am off work. I was informed that I would have to make this extra payment due to not having been in in the last 12 months of they would be violating the statutes?

We sincerely value all comments from our patients whether positive or negative regardless of the circumstances. It is truly an unfortunate incident as it was unbeknownst to my knowledge until this negative review. Certainly, a simple misunderstanding could have been easily corrected as it would had been simple conversation with me. As an update, the person whom this reviewer refers to has left our practice shortly after this review. We will always try to make things right. Dr. Thomas Doan
