I have been coming here for years, for maintenance and after a bad car accident. However I am sick of being treated poorly by the front office staff and on the phone when I call. They refuse to just do maintenance, if I haven’t been in every month they want to X-ray and have me pay a new patient exam. Dr Ross is wonderful and I will miss his adjustments as he is wonderful. Not worth dealing with the less then professional front office staff!

their staff seems very professional and I appreciate all they're doing to help me with my body issues... both dr. Ross's are very kind caring and seem to be very anxious to help me with my pains in my body. they have been very thorough and continue in the process of helping me figure out what is going on with what is going on in my body my legs neck and back
I realized I’ve had an issue with my rib, and today I had a bad flare up. They were able to get me in same day, even with treatment. So thankful for that today! Staff is always friendly and adjustments are always great.
They sent a 370$ invoice to our insurance company for a chiropractor service, and our copay is 77$! Everywhere else we go, we pay 40$ without insurance. Avoid this place if you can. They care money more than they do patients!
Dr. William Ross has been our family Chiropractic for years. He is a great human being. Dr. William Ross really takes the time to get to know you & assess your needs. He concentrates on you- not getting you out for the next patient. The Staff are all very friendly and professional. I suffer from fibromyalgia, and I get massages at excellence in health as well.
