RecommendedFirst time seeing a chiropractor this past Wednesday and I feel phenomenal.
Today I went for my 1st check up Dr Marcus Seen a couple problems told me what needed to be done and b4 I knw it he was cracking bones I didn’t knw coupd be popped .. Excellent experience explained everything throughly ..... I Can’t wait to get back next week I feel a whooooole lot better than I did b4 walking in his office .....
I went in with a problem I had for YEARS - something off about my hip was causing a pinched nerve at least once a month that was SO bad, the only relief I would get was from taking Bayer. I walked out 20 minutes later completely fixed. I feel dumb for not making an appointment sooner!!
I recently began seeing Dr McCray and I’m AMAZED!! My back is whack (for lots of reasons I won’t get into) but after 2 adjustments I already feel a MAJOR difference. I was able to EASILY do my typical leg training day sets this week and could have added more plates. My pain is already sooo much better!! I’ve been told by Podiatrists in the past I need foot inserts (orthotics). Dr McCray assessed me today and said all I really need is a higher stability shoe, no inserts necessary.
