The nurse never looked at my forms with my name on it. Asked me how to spell my name. After she took a throat culture she said that "she'll be right in". Never telling me if she was a doctor or PA or her name.
Excellent greeting upon arrival, quickly put into exam room & seen by MD. Took my elderly mother today & she was treated very well, even though she is hard of hearing & doesn't remember her own medical history. She was given thorough exam & sent home with prescriptions for bronchitis, sent to cvs & received in time before getting home. Staff all friendly & entire space clean.
Everyone was very nice and professional. In and out quickly! Excellent service!!
Fine experience, In and out pretty quick. Dr. Chin took time explaining & listened as I was there for a cough. Would use use them again.
My visit today was handled well by the staff. I was moved through quickly and got fast results. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. I was very pleased overall and will use this place again if need be.
Saw dr tonight. She Spent 3 minutes with me. Never Will return!!!!
