While I loved the physical therapists themselves, I have never in my life had so much difficulty with a billing department. They billed me one amount. then when I paid that amount they couldn't find my payment. Then after they verified I paid it, they tried to charge me even more because they said they failed to bill me for an appointment several months before the invoice. I would expect a business to know what is owed and send an invoice for that amount not send an invoice for one amount and then decide someone owes somethi... read more

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Their expertise helped me make significant progress in my recovery, and they created a comfortable environment. When I say I saw relief from the worst pack pain I’ve ever experienced, I MEAN IT. I went in this morning with the worst lower back pain I’ve ever felt. (I’ve suffered from back pain since my mid-teens.) I met with Kim and appreciated the time she took with me to truly evaluate my unique symptoms and find a treatment plan that would work for me.
