I can't say enough good things about Kim! From the very first visit, she made me feel heard and cared for. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored my treatment to what I needed. Kim always explains everything clearly, so I always know what we're working on and why. On top of her expertise, she is genuinely kind, patient, and encouraging.
Value your time. I had my first appointment scheduled today at 2:30pm. I showed up the requisite 15 minutes early and filled out their paperwork. I then proceeded to sit until my appointment. Then, I sat for an additional 15 minutes past my appointment time. When I alerted the front staff that I only have so long for lunch, she told me the PT should be with me soon. While I loved the physical therapists themselves, I have never in my life had so much difficulty with a billing department. They billed me one amount. then when I paid that amount they couldn't find my payment. Then after they verified I paid it, they tried to charge me even more because they said they failed to bill me for an appointment several months before the invoice.
