Do not use Exceed! Major project; paid top dollar based on professionalism in bidding process. Project went 2x over schedule. Promises were not kept. Quality of construction and components was bottom of the barrel. Corners cut at every opportunity. Framing and electrical work sub-standard. Cycled though many replacement subcontractors, most of which were clearly unhappy with management. Many issues went unresolved and we were very disappointed.
