Exceed Builders is the only way to go! We recently went through a major expansion in our gymnastics facilty and used Exceed Builders as our contractor. Their quality of work, proffesionalism, and communication were unbelievable! Expansions and remodels are usually hard to go through but they made the process very easy and hassle free. They didn't play games Yes I trust Exceed Builders and hell yes I would use them again. They didn't play games, the crew worked hard, my dog liked them and the quality kicked you know what. I especially appreciated how they followed the schedule so I could get my house back in time for my Son's graduation party. No Longer CCB Licensed in Oregon Be careful...almost all their reviews are dated March 24, 2011. Seems very odd. Makes me think that they foolishly wrote their own reviews. Probably doesn't make any difference as they're now out of business. Check their CCB number with the State of Oregon...they're bye-bye. They never finished the job they did for me and several years later, a number of things they already did have to be redone.

I watched them work across the street. I am a tough critic, so a 3 star to me is probably a 4 or 5 for someone else. I can say Exceed made my family feel very comfortable during the construction phase and went out of their way to clean the work site daily prior to anyone coming home. We fed them a surprise lunch once during a very cold day and they well deserved it. Exceed Builders crew were early & eager on a daily basis. Wow, was I surprised. I am attorney and I just don't trust people or companies for that matter. After my remodel, I do trust Exceed Builders. They followed through with their promises and kept me in the loop. They showed me different ways to actually lower my budget when I did not need things, instead of just handing me an inflated invoice. Kitchen restoration I hired Exceed on the internet. I live in Arizona, so I never met the crew until the job was done. They gutted my Father's home and worked with me via pictures, phone and drawings. We agreed on 20 weeks and it was done in 18. The kitchen has espresso cabinets, slab granite, subway tile, under counter lights and a floor warming system. It looks like a magazine and my Father is very happy in his new retirement home! Very quick I placed a call to Exceed Builders on a Sunday afternoon, and they replied within hours. They were able to come out that night for an estimate, giving us several options and price points - and being honest in what they could fix and what was most labor-intensive/expensive so that we could make choices in terms of the amount we were able to spend. They scheduled us in quickly and did a very nice job. Strongly recommend.
Exceed Builders and Bearcreek Design. TOP NOTCH 5 STARS Exceed Builders, Kylee Brooks and the entire Exceed team were wonderful to work with.We just finished an extensive 2800 sq ft addition. The Designer, Bearcreek Design was incredible to work with. Wade was able to "Walk" us thru our remodel in 3D, and the graphics are outstanding.
