I love my kitchen! Started off a bit rocky. Ended great. They were nice fellows and worked hard. The result was just what I was hoping for. I love my kitchen!
Do not Use Exceed! Major project; paid top dollar based on professionalism in bidding process. Project went 2x over schedule. Promises were not kept. Quality of construction and components was bottom of the barrel. Corners cut at every opportunity. Framing and electrical work sub-standard. Cycled though many replacement subcontractors, most of which were clearly unhappy with management. Many issues went unresolved and we were very disappointed. Dear Exceed Builders Dear Exceed Builders. Thanks for transforming our home office into our dream baby room. We especially appreciated the way you worked around the nap times of our twins and our not so trained jack terriers! Your supervisor, Eli, was very pleasant and made sure of all the small things were taken care of that were big for us. We would like to get some electrical repair work in the garage, do you have anyone you recommend?
Honest, striaght forward and on schedule WORKING WITH EXCEED WAS A PLEASURE. The process was not flawless or perfect, but when problems were encountered, THE TEAM JUMPED ON IT AND TOOK CARE OF THINGS. I was also VERY happy to not get blind sided w/a bunch of change orders at the end...actually, the invoicing was straight forwrad. Thanks Exceed. WOW, I WAS MORE THAN PLEASED WITH EXCEED'S PROFESSIONALISM I had Exceed remodel a full kitchen for me and was very happy with the work from start to finish. I would recommend them with hi regards because they didn't rip me off and I enjoyed being around their crew.
No complaints No real complaints. My remodel went just about as expected. The quality of Exceed was spot on. They moved my furniture, which I didn't expect. Thanks to all that helped.
good job Good job. Not super quick, nor were they super clean, but overall things went just about as planned.
Basement flooded Our basement flooded. We hired Exceed Builders to repair the water damage and figured we would remodel the basement at the same time. Now we won't leave our basement! We love it. Didn't plan on a new furnace or new gutters, but once it was explained to us the benefits of doing so, it made total sense and we are glad we did. One day the Exceed crew did not show up (miscommunication) and another day I couldn't tell what progress had been done (though I am not a contractor mind you). Would use again Hired Exceed for siding repairs. We can't tell where the repairs were done, so the quality is great.
