Extremely displeased with the utter lack of professionalism from these rude people. They caused many delays, lost my appraisal, made a new one to give to the insurance company paying out for much less than they gave me on my original. I would assume because they lacked professionalism and seemed incapable of doing the job, and I chose to take it elsewhere and take the settlement from the insurance company based off of the estimate they gave me. Extremely pleased with your team at the Streetsboro location. Bill and Doug not only gave me the best quote around to have a used fender put on after I was run off the road by an inattentive driver, but their team went above and beyond my expectations by painting over the rust (for free). I was a bit nervous when Doug mentioned they went ahead and did that, as I was not expecting it to look as professional as it does. They even threw in a bottle of free paint and a wash, vacuum, and wax! Highly recommend!
