RecommendedEverything this place is top of the line they communicate with you clear and often the entire staff is friendly and helpful clean environment and they take their time to get the job done right extremely satisfied with my entire experience with them. Wickliffe branch. Horrible experience. Clumsy workers. Terrible paint job quality with no quality control. We took our car in to fix 6 small chips and dents and respray pretty much entire driver side since the damage was spread out all over the driver side. The car is 1 year old with no previous damage. They said it would take about 5 days to fix it which I had no problem with. I believe 3 days later we got the call that the car is all fixed and beautiful and ready to be picked up. I have been coming to Excalibur for all my bodywork for over 20 years because of their great work & exemplary customer service. But truthfully I have to say I was a little disappointed with my latest experience. The body work was the usual awesome job 👏🏻but the customer service was definitely lacking when picking up my car Friday. I had a bad experience with the receptionist when I picked up my car today. She didn’t clarify the customer identity, just randomly picked the other customer’s case and urged us to pay the balance. When we didn’t understand what she meant she just let another staff to explain to us, because I was sure that we shouldn’t pay any amount. Then another male staff checked detailed my name and insurance company and finally find out that this was not my file and the receptionist didn’t apologize to us.
