RecommendedI recently had body work done on my Yukon at the Willowick location and I couldn’t be more pleased- beautiful work- the body lines turned out perfect! The shop also went above and beyond to provide great customer service throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
I had work done at the Medina location. They did excellent work on my truck in a timely manner. what really impressed me was the fact that I got my truck back detailed inside and out. They people who I dealt with were good, personable folks.
THEY WERE VERY BAD ABOUT RETURNING CALLS AND THEY DIDN'T KEEP THE COMPLETION DATE. NEVER GOT A PERSON ALWAYS WENT TO VOICE MAIL. THIS MADE ME SAD AS I HAD USED THEM 2-3 TIMES BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEMS.
I've used their services before, so they were an easy choice when I needed service after someone scratched my car. They went way above and beyond in their customer service, and taking care of my car. I expected a quick wash to the exterior, but I never expected how meticulous a job they did when cleaning exterior AND interior. My car looks better than the day I bought it.

Today Ray was dispatched out twice to assist me with my vehicle. He truly went above and beyond for me and my kids in this crazy cold weather! Never have I received such care or kindness from a company. Would truly recommend to anyone!

I was hit by a deer while heading to work. They did amazing job fixing my car. You can't even tell it even had damage. I would recommend Excalibur to any one that needs car repair.
