I had a repair done there to 1 year ago already starting to rust. They tell me that they will address just the rust areas which means disassembling the front bumper and not addressing any other rust issues being that the whole bumper needs to be painted. Either inferior workmanship or inferior paint.
You want a hands on owner and that's exactly what you get at Excalibur. Mitch does it because he takes great pride in his business. I completely understand!
