I had an appt scheduled for 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:15 am and their door stated they were not open and I could see the office was dark. I sat on the bench outside the office and waited. The person for the front desk finally showed up at 8:30am. I was let in (after I was accused of trying to open the office door and tripping the alarm. I never touched the door). An Exam one appt was made at my location for a physical, but no one showed up or called. A different employee made a second appt but he got ill, and my case seemed to be dropped. I finally got an appt at the office in west des moines, at my request, since i knew I could show up there, and I did. The office did not have what it needed to be a basic medical space. I was told to put my things down on a filthy stepstool while i was weighed. There was no paper on exam table, and the exam room really need help. The employee stood ... read more
