An Exam one appt was made at my location for a physical, but no one showed up or called. A different employee made a second appt but he got ill, and my case seemed to be dropped. I finally got an appt at the office in west des moines, at my request, since i knew I could show up there, and I did. The office did not have what it needed to be a basic medical space.
