The problem was with outdoor drainage tiles. They promptly and accurately diagnosed the problem. Then they did an excellent job of repairing it and cleaning up the mess. I will certainly call them if I ever have any type of plumbing or water seeping/leaking problem

They were prompt and courteous. Gave us options and explained what we could do. However, they didn't make sure plug for new sump was appropriately seated and we flooded.They did come out to rectify susituation but no help or compensation offered for flooded area.

We made clear notes that there was nothing wrong with the pump we put in, but you have a problem with your electrical outlet where the pump is plugged in. We recommend an electrician to you to help you with your problem. There was nothing different that we could have done to prevent this flooding from happening as it is an electrical issue and not a plumbing issue. We appreciate your understanding.
