Prompt, courteous on time and within estimate.
Mike did a great job clearing our drain clog - he removed several pounds of tree roots. Ex-Stink was super fast to reach out to us and get someone out to our house. Our plumber, Mike, used high tech equipment and got the job done at a reasonable price. We'll definitely call them again!

Extremely friendly and professional. They happily answered all my questions as I stood off to the side and watched. Unlike other plumbers we've used, EX-Stink also used a camera first to assess what and where the problem was before cleaning out the pipes. They then cleaned the pipes before verifying everything was good with the camera. The other plumbers would use a camera but at an additional charge. Ex-Stink will be my go-to company from now on.

Reasonable price for a big project like this
He would make a two hour window appointment and show up 1.5 hours late. Didn't have the correct equipment on the truck. Had to make another appointment which he was 2 hours late.

Our technician did his best to accommodate your needs/situation. He installed the pump on a weekend emergency call and rescheduled the return trip for after the item had been ordered and received.
