We had rain water back up and called Ex Stink along with three other companies. Mike from Ex Stink called almost immediately. The other called but never came out. The third kind of left us hanging. The follow through while we were deciding on the company was attentive without being pushy. This company is on top of things. The pricing is competitive but we did get a $100 off coupon, which was nice. Mike also discovered that our ejector was broken and replaced it for us without missing a beat.
