Very impressed with Evolve Design, at the start of the project Lisa was extremely thorough with what I needed and with my limited knowledge she excelled at designing a site to suit myself and my customer base. She kept me up to date on the progress and supported and helped me long after the site was finished. Jargon was kept to a minimum and I felt fully involved throughout and I've never had a problem contacting her. Super shady company, would not recommend dealing with them at all!!! I took my laptop in to get the screen fixed. They diagnosed that the cable connecting the mobo to the screen was bad. I paid $30 to ship a new cable there and took my laptop home so I could use it in the meantime. They called me the next week and let me know that my cable had come in. absolutely awesome service. I have brought two Macs to them. From the moment I called on the phone the first time I Knew that this was the place, I had searched for days and even been to a few places in the city that horrified me. They were polite, they charged me exactly how much the part cost, and a $50 fee for labor. Last week I needed my cracked laptop screen replaced and 15 minutes later DONE! NO HASSLE, NO WAITING & PAID next to nothing. Best Buy quoted me $280 and I wouldn't see it for like 2 weeks. they also tried to sell me a new laptop saying it wasn't worth fixing my 2 year old laptop. looking up their address again so I thought I'd write a review- I'm on my way back to Evolve to drop off my boyfriend's Mac- I LOVE THESE GUYS!
Wow, I can't get over the fact that this place exists. I always shop at Essene and enjoy a stroll down South street time and again but never paid attention until I needed my Dell laptop fixed. I had contracted a Trojan virus and Norton support told me that I needed to pay support fees and possible tech fees. I said Heck No. Not worth it. All I needed was to reset my computer to its original factory state. Evolve did one better and upgraded me to Windows 7! My computer is back in action and it only cost 50 smackers.
