Polite, prompt and the fact that they trust you by asking for payment after they fix the problem will make me want to use them again and refer them to friends and associates. If they asked for payment up front I would hesitate to use them. Evolve is the best!
SAME DAY SERVICE! Their turn around time is AMAZING! I kept having annoying pop-ups and freezing on my 2 month old laptop that I purchased at BEST BUY. I took it to the GEEKS and their turn around time was RIDICULOUS. Took into D's repair service (EVOLVE) he diagnosed the laptop and offered me a SAME DAY pick-up. Plus his service was so much more pleasant. No problems since EVOLVE PC CARE worked on my laptop. Thanks so much!
Evolve certainly made me a happy camper! I wasn't very happy when D told me my hard drive had died during an already difficult week. but he was very compassionate about my situation, recognized where i was at financially and figured out how he could help. every time i have gone there, from the first time i had an issue to the times i called and sought help over the phone, D was always reliable, friendly and right-on. trust me, if you take your computer here, you'll be a happy camper too!
The most compelling benefit of working with Evolve Design LLC was the design. I did have an idea of how the website should look but Lisa at Evolve Design has the experience of how to accomplish and produce the look and feel. She explained the navigation in an comprehensible way which made the process so much easier. My laptop took a really bad fall about a month ago, and started making a clicking noise. The APPLE store & Bundy told me I needed to bring it to a Data recovery place. I first sent the Hard Drive to a place that quoted me a flat rate of $600, but they couldn't recover my files. Thinking that it was a Mission Impossible... Just Wanted to say thanks for all your hard work over Easter Weekend. :) For anyone looking for reliable Data Recovery Services, this is the place to go to in a time of need. My Company Server went down on Friday, and I found Evolve online. I called them yesterday and they answered right away! An actual Technician got on the phone with our IT Dept, and after a few minutes they were at our door. They recovered everything off our Dell Raid Server. Great service, amazing work, exceptionally well priced. This is the same success story all of my friends told me before I took my laptop in to have the fan repaired. I highly recommend this place. Warning: the word is out about this place, so do not expect instant turn around. Usually their same-day, but I hear It may take a few days if your computer needs extra attention, but it is well worth it.
