Money hungry . Make false charges and then hound you for money . Over charge for procedures and never come to any conclusion. Run a bunch of tests that arent needed and then never follow up or communicate or interpret any of these tests. These people are here to take your money under the guise of caring for your pet . Take advantage of caring loving pet owners financially . They should not be in buisness

I'm gonna hit this vet with the same review other people are giving it: great staff, exorbitant prices. I got charged $1000 for diagnostics on my rabbit. Following that, they quoted an extra $1000 for additional diagnostics and surgery. Hours later, they quoted instead of the original $1000, an additional $2500 total. I was already $1000 down so I decided to decline further treatment. Been bringing my dog for a cardiology appointment every 6 months for past 2 years. Will never go back there again. They refused to fill a prescription stating that the dose ordered is not correct. Which was not the case, however that created an enormous confusion in regards to a proper dose of the medication. I would never go here again. They had my cat under 24 hr observation for a intestinal blockage. They seemed to do a good job. However they quoted me $6 -8k for a surgery that my vet ended up doing for less than $2k. Luckily my vet moved things around when I told them the cost of this place. This place makes me sick. Threatening patients with animal control who want to go to their own vet for the passing of their animal. It's not animal cruelty to use your own vet for the best treatment that clearly you don't care about giving. Shame on your vet and staff last night. I have never heard of any such office calling animal control. You just wanted the money and until you got paid you held the animal hostage, you weren't even treating him last night while you threatened calling animal control. They saved my baby girls life! ************** made the decision 4 nights into my dog's stay at the hospital to give her a double blood transfusion and it saved her and she was finally able to come home 2 days later! I am beyond appalled at how this business treated our family. We were at the animal hospital from Sunday - Tuesday for a foreign object stuck in my dogs intestine. In that time we were charged 8k for a surgery that three other vet offices agree should have been 3k including the emergency cost. Absolute joke. Not only is this the slowest moving vet office Ive experienced but also outrageously expensive. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS OFFICE!
