Have had consistent issues with this company. I made an appointment after my veterinarian submitted paperwork directly to them for an outpatient echocardiogram (been here before). When I arrive I was told they didn't have it. I had to call my vet to have them call and they suddenly "found it". Apparently, the staff scheduled the appointment wrong and unless I paid the 100+ dollars to speak with the ** when all I needed were the results sent to my veterinary, they "couldn't" see me. CARDIOLOGIST VISIT-The worst vet visit I have ever had was at this office. Have paid upwards of $1000 and have absolutely had to pull teeth to get any response or information on his condition. Came in because of a heart murmur and needed surgery and we were given a 24 heart monitor test for our dog. Turned in the device and didnt receive word back for over a week. DO NOT BRING YOUR ********! We brought our dog in over a weekend as she was not eating and vomiting. They kept her overnight and did multiple expensive tests and scans to the tune of $5000.00 with no diagnosis. She was still sick when we brought her home. We took her to our regular vet and they put her on iv fluids and gave her nausea medicine and she is just fine for $180.00.
STAY AWAY!!! Money grubbing people who dont care about your pet, but they LOVE your wallet. Outrageous pricing. Multiple quotes ranging from $1100 - $2k for tests and after pushing back I got a quote for $600 to get outpatient treatment primarily with a drug to stop my dog from vomiting (after 24 hours of vomiting - her primary symptom), some probiotic capsules and subcutaneous fluid. Plus the emergency exam and a couple of minor tests. Then they came back and wanted to admit her for ***** hours at $3200-$5,800+ for HEG. The... read more
Stay far away from here. All they care about is money. They wont tell you when your pet NEEDS to be euthanized so they can drag it out longer and make more money. Got barely anything back after my pet died before I could take him home.
If could give this place a negative star, I would. The owners are rude. All they care about is making sure they collect every dollar. I was told when I brought in my pet that I would receive a quote. The quote I received wasn't even close to the amount I ended up paying. I don't even care about the money because I have pet insurance. The way I was treated was as if I was stupid. This is the worst vet I have ever had to deal with. They quoted me this outrageous quote and told me this is the amount or put your dog to sleep, as cold as you possibly say it. There is no care or compassion with this company all they care about is MONEY!! Stay away from this place
This Specialty and Emergency vet has been through the ringer and back everytime ive gone in for care. They are people, they are doing their best but it seems most people on these comments are entitled and want to play the blame game. Ive witnessed clients cuss and act ridicuously aggressive towards the staff for things out of their control. Do NOT take your pet to this money ******* people! I brought my pet in because I told them I thought she had a cold, they came back and said she had a tumor and best to put her down. I asked them if it wasn't due to a cold or ear infection, the vet shook her head no. Then when I get paperwork, they NEVER EVEN RAN ANY TESTS ON HER! There is a symptom that gets mistaken for tumors and it wasn't until after they put my pet down that they didn't do one single test. .nothing!
