Only giving one star because zero stars isn’t an option Don’t fall for their scam and rush to give them their deposit for appt. Research how awful they are first. Many unhappy clients. Once you send money they will send a contract listing all their ways of keeping your money before even stepping foot inside . No upfront money , no appt. Beware
This review has been a long time coming, I went to Dr.Lipo and I should not have ignored the red flags. It has been 4 years since I had my BBL/lipo 360. I explained that I had a pouch from having fibroids removed and was assured that h would be able to flatten my stomach with the lipo. He didn’t and with the lipo I was left with a big fat deposit hanging over my belly button that was not there before. I had to send pics of my complaints and was told he would correct it. First let me say the staff was very helpful from beginning to the end but after the deposit it takes a lot of calls sometimes to get them. They were also correct about Dr. Ina's bedside manners is good, she explain things & ask if you have questions. Wish some things were explained in depth. . I do think my boobs might be smaller than I wanted. I can't say I absolutely love my results but I it's an improvement from before.
I am very disappointed with how this clinic is run. I have reached out several times to give them an opportunity to make this issue right. I was quoted a prixe and paid in full. On the morning of the surgery they insisted on more money. I had no choice but to pay, no one in the management team cared that a had an invoice of proof. I am still waiting for a member of the management team to reach out.I will have to take further action soon. do want to mention that Dr. Ingrid and the massage therapists and staff were kind...
