I got a horrible infection from a Liposuction done 11-01-21 . More than 2 years later I am still infected with mycobacterium Abbesses. I have had 5 major debridement surgeries at Uhealth and almost weekly incision and drainage with Dr.Lipo the first 6 months after the original surgery . I had lipo 360, 6 months ago with Dr. Lipo and regret it. Do your research cause the amount of fibrosis I have dealt with and it’s still not gone is outrageous and I’ve had over 40 massages and cavitation… 5 of which was at evolution MD. 2.5 months post op I started to get a bad rash which ended up being a bacterial infection. I reached out/emailed the office and was blown off by the PA. Yourll never see your surgeon again after the surgery just FYI, just the PAs! Speaking of post opt. I got a breast reduction and my breast are still too big. My left one is really noticeable. I expressed to the nurses several times that I was not satisfied with the results but was brushed off. They kept saying they will go down and it has been 3 months almost 4 and they still too big and I have no feeling in my left one and I expressed that with my first week follow up and they said it takes awhile but the feeling should come back and it hasn't. For the money I paid I expected better.
To be honest, I have to say that I wasn't pleased! I chose Evolution MD because I wanted the very best for me and Dr. Lipo( Cesar Velilla) had an incredible approach on social media and even reached out to me directly, which made me feel he was caring about his patients. I had some health issues and removing the fat was more than a cosmetic concern, of course I wanted to look good as well but mainly get better, lower my sugar levels, controlled my blood pressure issues and other problems. Unorganized, staff does a poor job of communicating with each other. The most attentive to my concerns was Marelys. Communication was great up until I paid. Sadly I could not have my surgery done as labs results were not in my favor. However, the experience up until finding out I would not be operated on was horrible! When I met with Dr. Zayas he had no clue my surgery was coming up. Which told me you’re just another number on their surgery list. Sad but true. Their offices were very clean they get a 5 for that.
The worse clinic!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!! Bad customer services, bad surgeon, bad result, open incision!!! Manager don’t care!!! No one will return your calls!!! No fixing to the problem!!!! This clinic should be close!! License should be taken away from doctors!!!
When I complained with them, they BLOCKED me on Instagram! They never called me btw! I don't even know where to start my review for this company. If I could give an advice to those reading, it would be: read all the bad reviews before deciding to have your surgery with them, these reviews are the truth!
