Do not waste your time on this place they have vehicles that are listed for sale then to only find out they have been sold supposedly or they can’t locate it.It has taken us a week to get a response from a sales person they didn’t put any kind of effort into reaching out to us .We were told that the vehicle that we were interested in has been sold even though it’s showing for sale on there website . Worst experience
Worst car buying experience ever, traveled 3 hours under the presumption that I’d been approved for the car I wanted to but arrived and was told I needed to provide proof of income, after 4 hours of waiting and providing bank statements that clearly proved I could afford the car, I was told I was denied and wasted a 3 hour trip. Before hand, staff was very unhelpful.

They have great customer service, we were greeted as soon as we entered the building.
Horrible experience. I purchased a car for my son 7 weeks ago and still have yet to receive the tags. Christi stated she could not provide a new temporary or extended temporary tag. The excuse to not having the tag was the previous owner did not process the tag transfer appropriately thus it taking longer than such. Essentially, that is a crock of crap and I'm insulted that my intelligence was belittled. DO NOT buy from this dealership. I'm reporting this business to the BBB. I just happened to be driving by and decided to stop in. Glad I did the sales team was amazing and great selection of cars they were extremely busy but Jamie the customer relations manager kept us entertained. She was so sweet and hilarious.

This was the best car buying experience ever, and that's saying alot given the typical car buying experience. What sets Evolution apart from the others are the cars...large inventory of premium cars and top notch sales reps that that time to assist the customer. Large comfortable waiting room with snacks, etc. Our sales person was Mac McCary who's experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding.
