very shady business. Came and "stole" a paying on time customer car for them not handling their end of the deal with the bank. Friend, had the car for 2 months and never missed not one payment and paid a substantial amount down. Buyer's beware!! This shady company shall be dealt with before they take another person hard earned money.
When we first bought our 2010 Acadia in 2017 we loved it. They were very helpful and non rushing. Year later after I have put several thousand dollars in parts into this vehicle decided it was time to trade it in. When we bought this suv the car fax showed clean as a whistle. Dealer test drove the car and shows us a report from auto check showing this car had been in 3 accidents prior to us purchasing it. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them after learning this.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not even waste your time or money with this place!!! Customer service is a joke.....more like GROSS NEGLIGENCE FROM A BUSINESS! They did not sent documents in to the loan company until threats were made....STILL DO NOT HAVE TAG. They do not know how to respond to messages (voice, text or email). Here we are just a few days away from the dealer tag expiring and CANNOT GET AN ANSWER on why the real tag was not applied for! Do Not I Repeat Do Not Buy From Them. I Am Financing A 2013 Nissan Altima Through Them. They Gave Me A Run Around For Two Weeks & They Had My Down Payment At First When I First Brought Purchased The Car. Then On Top Of That Gave Me The Car With Dents And Scratches And Bad Brakes! Dont Want To Fix Them! Worse Car Dealership!
I have had the worst experience with evolution. I traded in my vehicle over a month ago and they still haven’t done everything on there end of my trade. I’ve called on numerous occasions and been told I’d get called back, still have yet to receive a call back. It took 45 days just to get the paperwork to get my tag transferred. Horrible service.
