I just picked up a super clean 2013 F-150 supercrew 4x4. I've been looking all over for the best low mileage truck. The staff was helpful and Attentive. Just with a Brief description of my expectations My salesman Tripp was all over it. Bought my car in December and paid cash. 4 months later I still do not have the title to the car. the processor, Christie, is impossible to get a hold of and never returns your calls when she says she will. All calls to her or her assistant go to voice mail with no return. The owner has been unresponsive to my situation. i am ready to start legal proceedings.
