PLEASE PLEASE READ!! On Thursday October 22, 2020 I met Sean Lawrence a salesperson at Evolution Cars. I was in the market to buy a Tesla. After the usual meet and greet and sales pitch, I decided on the black 2015 Tesla Model S. Omg where do I start. I took my mother to purchase a car. I got a car from there a couple of years ago with no major issues so I referred my mother. This was awful, ok she bought the car on a Wednesday we were going to pick it up that Friday since it was late and the car was filthy and gas tank empty. 2 days later went to pick it up the car is still the same dirty and on E. I came yesterday to Evolution Cars in Conyers and Mack gave me the best experience I have ever received from any dealership!! He will get things done and get straight to point. He had the best attitude ever and builds relationships with anyone who comes into the dealership. I felt like I was at home! Other sales representatives and even managers should use Mack as the example! He gave everything he had! I wish all dealerships gave the experience I received yesterday. GREAT JOB MACK!
Ray Dell was an excellent representative of Evolution Cars. He was professional and very informative. There's was no stress and no haggling from him. We were only window shopping but he treated us as if we were purchasing a car today. Best experience I have had in a long time. This is definitely where we will be purchasing our next three vehicles from for my household. Stay tuned.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a vehicle from here about a year ago. My vehicle recently needed a new AC compressor. Took it to a dealership since we bought the warranty. My compressor was fixed and the warranty covered it. Come to find out after that fix, my vehicle started having more problems to do with the AC. The mechanic at the dealership found busted pipes in the vehicle which caused water leakage in my vehicle that should be draining outside of course. The warranty of course did not cover that portion.
