They will lowball you on trade-ins that they are going to sell for 3-4x the price they paid you down the line. No haggle so no wiggle room. Didn't get the welcoming atmosphere some mention. It didn't seem like they were interested in showing me vehicles I asked about. Edit: Dealer response is obviously mixing me up with someone else as they originally called me Richard before editing and my car has no mechanical issues. I guess this happens often here.
