THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR. STOP BLAMING THE INTAKE AGENTS FOR THE COMPANIES POLICIES. WE ARE OVER WORKED BY MANAGEMENT AND THEN TREATED HORRIBLY BY PATIENTS CALLING IN WE ARE JUST DOING OUR JOB TO PUT FOOD ON THE TABLE FOR OUR KIDS TOO. TAKE IT UP WITH THE COMPANY IF YOU HATE THEIR POLICY BUT DONT BLAME THE INTAKE AGENTS I EVENTUALLY LEFT AFTER THIS JOB DEPLETED ME EMOTIONALLY AND MENTALLY AND I REALIZED IT WASNT FOR ME . Deny, deny, deny. I’m told they make money from insurance companies for their denials even if later their denial gets overturned on appeal. In my case they denied an MRI that my Dr requested for obvious soft tissue damage (posterial tibial tendon) and wanted an xray first. Xrays don’t detect soft tissue damage! So my insurance company will end up paying MORE for an unnecessary xray. And my treatment is being delayed.

They denied 2 scans. The first was approved, I'm waiting for the peer-to-peer for the second. This delays care. -- I wanted to update my review as they denied a third scan. After the peer-to-peer, they approved a more expensive scan. For the record, my experience with Eva Core is 3 denied exams, 2 approved after a peer-to-peer, and the third, they approved a more expensive scan. This is the insurance company that Bob Parr works for at the beginning of The Incredibles that exists solely to deny customer's claims or, failing that, burden them with beauracracy.
