Lack knowledge! Unable to coordinate benefits out of state. Cancel coverage and already pre-approved by the home insurance.
Trash! They deny everything. Years ago my daughter was denied an MRI for a gunshot wound. I’ve been denied for one recently for a serious medical condition. Aetna I have to raise my eyebrows on you because yall continue to you this trashy company. I’m glad it is open season. Definitely need to look at other healthcare providers other than Aetna. I honestly don’t know why this company exists besides getting our hard earned money to deny health services we need and are making sacrifices to pay for monthly. I have never in my life seen a company that denies EVERYTHING! I don’t know anyone that just wants a medical procedure done for the fun of it. Horrible company and CIGNA is just as bad for even hiring them.
