My daughter was having problems with people parking in her spot. When she has come in late at night said something either to a security guard or student worker, it does not get reported to the manager. Then the manager threatened to toll her car since she is not parked in her spot. When I called the manager, Joe, he did not take responsibility for those workers not reporting the situation and hung up on me. Obviously, the new management is not leasee friendly. RecommendedPerfect location, friendly staffs, and great amenities.
I live past the Everly and walk home on a daily basis. The amount of times I've been cat called by people standing outside of that place is gross. Please keep your frat-tastic tennants in check.
The staff at Everly is awesome! Best in student housing 😊
