took my 2400$ security deposit and never mails me back the check. and refused to solve the problem. LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED FOR 2000$ !!

Terrible experience from the beginning! It is not enough that they make you sign a lease where you are responsible for paying the rent even if you die. They actually don't let you in your apartment if you don't buy additional renter's insurance! Who does that. And customer service is at its worse!!!!!

I’ve been living here for a while now and I would highly recommend. Not only is the layout nice, but the apartments are fully furnished and the building is very secure. The pictures online completely match what the apartments actually look like. There is also plenty to do here. From the activities the staff plan every other week for the residents, the free giveaways, the 4th floor amenities, and just living on The Loop in general. It’s a great spot ! 👍🏼
Totally worth it! The view, the apartment space w/ furniture, amenities, surrounding places for food and entertainment, the view 😍 and close proximity to fun places downtown, Everly is worth the price and being a place to call home!
This is not a home. It's a cold untrustworthy greedy CORPORATION, taking advantage of students from abroad. Even now, with a worldwide pandemic, no accommodations are made towards residents, but only ones that benefit with the corporation- closing down facilities, avoiding maintenance, reducing office hours and more. The answers we receive for all questions are that these are done to secure us from COVID-19, and send us to read the draconian clauses in the lease. My friends and i considered living there next year. I am not going to live in a place that doesn't see it's residents as people. Very disappointing!!
This place is so overrated. Pictures and vids look great, but they DO NOT have any connection to reality.
