A true gem, in the Willamette Valley. The planes are captivating, the rockets and space vessels are mesmerizing, and the IMAX screen rocks. I encourage everyone in the area to support this place.
We were so blessed to have found the Evergreen Aviation Museum as an eclipse viewing "station" yesterday. My husband LOVED the museum and my two friends and I enjoyed the NASA livestream of the event on the big screen. It is a lovely venue complete with a mini forest for a wonderful picnic.
Love the museum, and the selection of vehicles is incredible!
We had an absolute amazing experience viewings the total eclipse! What an absolute indescribable experience! It was surreal! The DJ did a fantastic timing job! We enjoyed the aviation and space museum after. Quite spectacular!
We were fortune enough to enjoy the once in a lifetime event of the solar eclipse at the museum! It was beautiful out there, sun was shining and the grounds are just amazing! They put on a great show with food and music for the event and to help avoid traffic we explored the museums! So amazing!!!!! My husband was unable to attend with us due to being in the military but we will be returning to take him!
