They wouldn't get 1 star if I could make it so. I was with Ben Mitchell in that whole fiasco cant even begin to be understood with the amount of the run around and broken promises they made. We put time, energy and effort into traveling as far as we did given we live on the other side of the water, from paid parking to ferry rides, we were hoping to find them there ready to pick us up and they straight lied to us. The only people I trust here are Kyle the sales guy and the parts department. Service department has destoryed my faith in them as an "honest" dealership. Between myself and friends in the last 2 years, we have bought 5 vehicles, AND WE WILL NEVER GO BACK because of the crap we have dealt with in the past few months.
