Service advisor claimed the problem with the car was electrical and charged $210 for diagnoses of a mechanical problem with the gear shift that takes a $20 part and no tools to fix. They kept the car for 8 days claiming the part was on order, when its available from Amazon for overnight delivery. For an oil change, a $20 part that takes a layperson on ******* 20 minutes without tools apart from a flat s**** driver as a pry tool, and available for immediate delivery, they kept the car 8 days and charged $481. This is the worst car dealership experience I've ever had. Went to buy a used 2020 Camaro ZL1 and the salesman who sold us the car had been using it has his personal vehicle for hundreds of miles. Had his phone connected to the car and everything. Put a dent in the wheelwell, didn't disclose the dent, showed us the car while it was being washed in a dark area. We took pictures before we left. The only reason they're getting 1 stars so I can file this review. Years ago I bought a vehicle from evergreen ford across the street so I figured what the heck I look at their vehicles again, it took me to ever green Chevrolet. Online you have to fill out your contact information in order to look at their site. Do not do this they will do a hard inquiry on your credit which cost you credit points. 1 month later they did it again costing me even more points on my credit. I’ve bought three trucks from them over the last 6 years - all brand new - and my last experience was/has stopped me from returning. Over $200k spent and they can’t fix a problem that came on the last BRAND NEW TRUCK we bought. Truck was damaged during transport (paint), and we’ve been chasing them down since October 2019 to fix it. It’s shocking that they are so brazen, especially with someone who has spent so much with them over the years. I took my 2015 Suburban here for routine maintenance and brake recall work. 3 months later my brakes were leaking brake fluid from a recalled part. Jay the service writer lied to me saying it was leaking only inside booster when it was clearly leaking outside. He would say things like “well you have 100k miles you should just buy a new car”. Craig Bennet at Evergreen Chevelot went way beyond any and all expectations. We started looking for the truck in 1 November 2020 to replace the truck I had lost my son in. He respected that and asked me about him and what he liked to do, what sports he played and even watched a few videos of him when he stole my phone to video record himself talking about whatever a 5 year old takes about. Warning!! Do Not Go Here!!! I bought a 2016 Impala with 37K miles back in July 2020. The car immediately showed signs of bouncing while traveling, brake problems when on the freeway, locked up when turning, making a terrible rattling noise when traveling over bumps and rattled at a cold start up.
