Evergreen was great, I ordered a 2021 1500 and they were on the ball the whole time, their willingness to support last minute changes was done without hesitation. I highly recommend you check them out if you're looking for a new ride.

I took my 2015 Suburban here for routine maintenance and brake recall work. 3 months later my brakes were leaking brake fluid from a recalled part. Jay the service writer lied to me saying it was leaking only inside booster when it was clearly leaking outside. He would say things like “well you have 100k miles you should just buy a new car”. Craig Bennet at Evergreen Chevelot went way beyond any and all expectations. We started looking for the truck in 1 November 2020 to replace the truck I had lost my son in. He respected that and asked me about him and what he liked to do, what sports he played and even watched a few videos of him when he stole my phone to video record himself talking about whatever a 5 year old takes about. Worst experience ever with Evergreen Chevrolet (TONY-TOMAS REYN). They sold us a dealer buy back/auction vehicle that is worth half I paid for it. I purchased this vehicle in January 2020 for $70,433.00 and I went to trade it in and most dealerships won't purchase the vehicle. One offered me $35,000 because it was a dealer buy back and auto actioned vehicle. Tony told me it was his mom's car. That it wouldn't affect the vehicle value. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM. UPDATE: Forced to file a claim with Chevrolet Corporate. A check was promised to have been sent overnight on Wednesday, September 2nd. Evergreen Chevrolet decided not to send that check, but instead wants me to drive 400 miles to save them $400, or let them pick up my car, drive it 400 miles and I would be without a car, trusting them to do the right thing....or take $400 off the check amount the already said was sent. UPDATE: A check was promised to have been sent overnight on Wednesday, September 2nd., complete lie, it is now Sunday, September 6th., and no check. Send registration, and plates when you say you're going to. It took 10 weeks to get my plates. my temporary was expired for 15days. I had to call Tony and bother him to finally get them sent. I was promised a check by the sales person, Tony, for scratches on the car before I bought it new. Haven't had the issue resolved, bought the car on 6-24.
