good place to get started When we first moved to Washington, we needed a place to live. So we rented a 1000 square foot apartment at Evergreen apartments. The staff was very nice and accomodating. They even let us get out of our lease early when we found a home we fell in love with. The apartment itself is unfurnished, but had a real woodburning fireplace and washer and dryer in the unit. run, dont walk, away from here. ok i lived here for awhile before buying my house. its horrible! management is nice enough, but dont do anything to solve the problems. there are lots of dirty and messy people here. the are loud at all hours of the day, all night long. there is people getting evicted all the time, so free stuff in the dumpsters if you want. there are extra people living in several units. there dumpsters are always overflowing. about the only good thing is theres lots of parking, which is usually a problem at ... read more
Not recommended I am a long time resident and while the place has never been great it has been in steady decline for quite a few years. Many of the tenants are extremely loud and garbage can be found all around the property (both inside and out). Crowds of loitering tenants and guests throng around the entrance and I am constantly asked for cigarettes and money. In my time here there have been at least 6 managers and if a decent one is hired they are soon removed by the owners (Williams Investment). I would not recommend thi... read more
avoid this place. front office never open. door handles missing. bathroom flooding with no way of getting in contact with maintenance. tried multiple times trying to reach front office but is always closed. there are much better places to live nearby and would recommend checking them out first.

the staff is super nice and there's a gym to work out and they have a dog area and it's a quite place to live
Been living here almost 2 years and would definitely recommend. Nice apartments and friendly people. Staff are very fun and helpful. They do something for almost every holiday that everyone is invited to!
Worst place to live and terrible staff. Nothing will ever get fixed and when you move out they will charge you for whatever they can. When you ask for proof you won’t get it. The manager sucks at her job. Don’t move here, safe yourself.
This place is a magnificent place to live! I wanted to thank the amazing staff for doing the best they can during this snowmaggedon! They have managed to keep the walk ways as clear as possible, they have been friendly and transparent! They even left a shovel and broom out for us to use to clear off our cars and dig ourselves out! Thanks for trying your best!
