We have been taking our pet family members here for at least 10 years, we trust the Dr. and staff and the pricing is fair. We had to let our Rufus go a week ago and Dr. Koenig was very compassionate as well as the rest of the staff. Although we were overwhelmed with sadness at the time we left feeling like Rufus had the best care possible.
They provided compassion and information in a tough situation.
Everyone here has done an outstanding job. Dr. Koenig has treated my cats and dogs with superb professional care I recommend him highly
Just walked in with my boxer who has been suffering with eye issues. Dr. Koenig and his staff took excellent care of him. They show genuine compassion for the well being of animals and we are very grateful for their care today.

Everyone at this clinic, from the receptionist to the doctor treats my pet (and his upset owner!) with compassion. I always feel like they're treating me honestly and doing everything they can to help my cat. I have tried several animal clinics since I moved to Everett and this is the best by miles. I will always bring my pets here! I will recommend this office to anyone, Dr. Koenig is a great doctor.
Today we brought in our 16 year old Beagle to be put down to sleep. From the moment we checked it was a wonderful experience. Staff and Doctor were great, very compassionate, and respectful. Doctor explained what the procedure was going to be. After our dog had passed, they gave us time to say our final goodbyes to our Buddy. They made our sad moment a good one.
