Brought my cat in for a dental. They were able to do an exam and labs on the same day which was important to me since its difficult to get my cat in the carrier and its also just really stressful for him. Dr. Sharma was great, explained everything in detail. The other staff were kind and compassionate. Also the bill was very reasonable. I won't hesitate to return or refer others. We are so happy with your services, you and the staff took great care of my dog Mr. Cool while he was under your care. We brought him in because he appeared to be in pain, was not eating normal and wasn’t his peppy self. After figuring out what was wrong (a mass attached to his spleen) you explained all options and we went with surgery to remove it. I was a mess sending him in for surgery (he’s Almost 12 years old) but the outcome has been great. We have a healthy, happy dog again and his mass results came back benign. Next ... read more
The Vet that last did a check on Henry (my cat) was wonderful. I had discussed with Him about surrendering Henry; that way Henry would get his much needed dental surgery. The Dr. realized I loved Henry very much. I loved Henry enough; even though I took him in 13 months ago. I was blessed how it all turned out. Henry is now living with Emily a Vet Tech from Everett Veterinary Hospital. Without the Dr's encouragement I may have settled with putting Henry down. Praise God I didn't have to do that. Very considerate of both patient and owner. Felt comfortable leaving my precious 10 1/2 yo Siamese in their competent hands. They treated him like he was special, which he is.
Dr. Koening is incredibly rude and his staff informed me that is what they have to deal with on a regular basis. After speaking with him briefly I immediately canceled my appointment for my dog. If you're not going respect me, why would I leave my animal alone with you. That doesn't sound like a safe situation.
I love Dr. K and his staff!!
Dr Koenig and staff are wonderful with pets and people! Everyone is always so kind there, and they always go the extra mile. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a pet.
