I Was Overwhelmed – We truly had an excellent experience. Good people all around. Their storage units are the best ever. Their facility was truly great, plus the staff are cool. I keep on coming back for more than three years now and I consider myself a regular customer. They remember my name, which is good. I seriously enjoy how they welcome their customers with greetings and smiles.
Excellent Customer Service – I'm so pleased!!! I was a last minute customer in the store but they didn't pressure me at all. I got excellent customer service and was treated with A+ courtesy. They have an incredible team with and I would unquestionably pay a visit to this location once again.
Impressive facilities and service – You cannot get much better than this location. They've most the gorgeous building and impressive facilities. And I was extremely impressed by their staff.
Best of the best – If you are looking for great customer service this is the storage company I recommend. You guys are excellent!
Fantastic service!! – I am in and out of the state constantly, I couldn't ask for a safer place for my belongings. the team at Everett Downtown Storage are phenominal! Sonny and her husband Tommy made it so easy to get my belongings moved in with the use of their well maintained moving truck and the facility is safe, secure, easily accessible and is maintained impeccably as well. Their employees embrace the same great service. Thank guys! (for everything!)
These guys are the best! – I love their storage facility. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and I was able to use their moving truck for free. Couldn't ask for anything more.
