Rated a minus 5 Jeff, the owner is a jerk. A liar. Does not stand behind what he says. We have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau. I would NOT go here
Great place for auto service I have taken my cars to Everett Auto Clinic for over 10 years and their service has been excellent. They might be a little more expensive than other repair shops, but only because they use high quality parts and have quality mechanics. You get what you pay for. They have been fair, honest and consistently provided me with great auto repair services. I don't take my cars anywhere else.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Our 2005 Chevy Malibu wasn't working well, we took it into Everett Auto Clinic. I asked how much a diagnosis would be, Jeffrey Stokes, the owner, said it would be $110.00. I received a phone call later from Mr. Stokes, telling me the clutch pack had burnt up, the transmission fluid was burnt, and that my transmission was done, it HAD to be replaced. Good Service They were very accomodating, friendly. I didn't pass my emission test and had to go and get that fixed. It was late on friday and they took my car in. They fixed it and it passed the test. It' was expensive but the work was good.
NEVER GO TO EVERETT AUTO CLINIC I just went to Everett Auto Clinic today...and they totally tried to rip me off!! Not only did they say it would cost me 2000 dollars to get my car fixed, but when I said "no way, ill go somewhere else", they tried to charge me 60 bucks for just looking at my car!!! After i threatened to get an attorney, they said they would lower it to 20 bucks...but i refused to pay them anything because you cant charge someone without telling them. An arm and a leg I just got my headlight switch repaired at Everett Auto Clinic and it cost me 400 bucks! I had a guy friend and mechanic tell me the reason my headlights didn't work was the headlight switch; which was inside my dashboard and would be difficult to change myself. So I paid to have it done after telling the man what I needed replaced. The man told me there is no such thing under the dashboard and I should have him figure the problem out.
