Best I ever had I have been going to Everett Auto Clinic for the past 10 Years. They have always been great to work with, as well as professional, and quick. Larry the Tech that has worked on my car has always been helpful . I always have him do the work. He is honest and upfront. They have never ripped me off like other places I have gone to. Rob at the front counter Is a really nice guy and always explains everything to me. and answers all my questions. I would definately recommed them to anyone
Worst Repair Shop I Have EVER Been To We took our car to EVERETT AUTO CLINIC, at 3120 Rucker Ave, Everett, Washington. When we got the car back one of the hubcaps was missing, and they did not put one of the brake pads back on, which would have ruined the brake rotor and could have caused the car to crash on the highway. Mercedes Benz SC500 work I brought my 2006 Mercedes Benz in for a rattling sound and Kerry discovered a bad catalytic converter, didn't even charge me! Told me it was a dealer warranty part since it was emission related. They changed the oil and washed the car too, all for about 1/2 what the dealer charges.
They may have done some repair but they created a need for more repair. They are arrogant and dangerous! This is my experience with Everett Auto Clinic. December 25th, 2010 my truck was towed there because of a recommendation from AAA. It had to have significant work done. (Head gasket replacement, etc.) Oh how I wish I had gone with my gut instinct and had the truck towed out of there before the folks at Everett Auto Clinic could touch it! Worst auto replace I've ever been to This place is terrible. My worst experience with a repair shop ever. Took my car in a few days ago to have the ac system diagnosed. Paid $400 for to have a module replaced. Two days later same problem. Now they want another $400 to fix it again. Won't stand behind their work. When they do a "diagnostic" they don't check the entire system. The owner is extremely rude. When I told him he shouldn't charge me to fix it again he refused and told me he had "other customers" and I wasn't welcome... read more
Worst car repair experience EVER!! After 3 days and almost $700 my car was returned with exactly the same problem it had in the beginning. All or any problems fixed by Everett Auto clinic were not there when car was bought in.
Great place to go I had a very poor experience at the Dodge dealer in my area. Multiple trips to the dealer multiple repairs and the problem never went away. After extensive testing and work Everett Auto Clinic was able to find what the dealer was missing. Thank you Everett Auto Clinic.
NO ONE BETTER! I like Larry, he has been the only one to ever work on my Ford. Everett Auto Clinic are a bunch of good guys, honest and do a great job. They even wash my car for me! I would never go anywhere else. Linda.
